Our Native American Jewelry Collection offers a fine selection of Traditional Native American designs as well as Contemporary wearable art. We are blessed with the ability to spend much time throughout the Southwest and the opportunity to meet many of our fine Native American Silversmiths and Beading Artists with such affiliations as Navajo, Hopi, Zuni and Santo Domingo. We put a tremendous amount of time and effort in hand selecting our beautiful Native American jewelry to bring you not only excellent quality, value and world renowned artists but also the exceptional offerings of local artists that may not otherwise have global exposure.
As in all art, each piece of Native American handmade jewelry is unique. Even if an artist makes several of the 'same' item, they are never the same - markings, color, size, texture of the stone will always vary as well as the individual stampings. For this reason all our pieces should be considered one-of-a-kind and are so listed that way. The photo you see is the item you will receive. Some of our 'stock', traditional Native rings such as 'Zuni Inlaid Bands' and Non-Native Southwestern rings will offer a selection in varied sizes.
Facts About our Native American Jewelry
Although most of our jewelry is made by Navajo silversmiths, we offer handmade jewelry by a variety of Native American artists including Hopi, Santo Domingo, and Zuni. In looking through our collection, consider the piece Navajo made if no tribal affiliation is noted. We always try to be certain the artists' Hallmarks are on their work while making our purchases, but sometimes they may mark 9 of 10 - simply missing a piece as there are often several family members working on the collection. We take full responsibility for the lack of Hallmarks on some of our pieces. When making our purchases we easily spend hours at a single sitting focusing on quality, design and overall appeal - not to mention being so totally enthralled by the talent, gentle culture and beautiful landscape surrounding us.
Please note that just because a Hallmark is not listed on a specific item doesn't mean it does not have one. 99.5% of our Native American Jewelry has a Hallmark but was not included in the description in the earlier version of our website and therefore not imported. We are diligently working on correcting this situation. In the meantime if there is any question about a specific piece, please contact us and we will personally provide you that information as well as update our product catalog.
We also offer a small collection of Southwestern Jewelry.that is not Native American Handmade and is separated in our Catalog.

Private Collections
We are often asked about purchasing or appraising Private Collections of Native American Jewelry. We are not appraisers and therefore do not purchase nor appraise Private Collections. Sadly there has been so many forged products brought into the United States that we do not have the expertise backed by decades of knowledge to feel absolutely confident about doing so. We purchase our Native American Jewelry directly from our Artists, their family members, and only reputable traders that we have personally met during our visits to the Southwest.
